About the company

Humans have been using microorganisms, either deliberately or less deliberately, for thousands of years. They are responsible for the synthesis of organic substances, production of enzymes and decomposition of plant and animal matter. In agriculture, bacteria influence the soil quality. At BGD Lab, nature meets with advanced knowledge and technology in order to maximally utilize the beneficial effect of microorganisms in the environment.

We believe that the nature itself cares for the fertility of the soil and the abundance of plants growing in it and that it is better at it than any solutions developed by humans. Our task is to intensify those natural processes that we have been observing for thousands of years, but now with the use of state-of-the-art technology.

At our company, we focus on gathering enthusiasts of microbiology, agriculture and nature in one place. From such a combination of passions, we are able to implement new solutions and technologies as well as provide them in form of effective products useful not only for the nature but for our customers as well.

Technology

The products of BGD Lab are developed based on the observation of natural processes occurring in the environment.
We isolate and then select bacteria to choose those with the most effective impact on plant growth and soil fertility.

A vast majority of microorganisms in our products has been isolated from Polish soils.

Thanks to many years of research and an advanced laboratory, we have been able to acquire the knowledge in cultivating microorganisms and preserving them in the best possible way – with the method of lyophilization, so that our customers receive a product of the highest quality and effectiveness.

Lyophilization is a product preservation method used, among others, in production of meals for astronauts sent into space. It involves removal of water from the product at a negative temperature and in a vacuum environment.

Novobakt AzoFosfo

Novobakt AzoFosfo is a preparation containing carefully selected bacteria between which an extremely beneficial effect of synergy (interaction) is formed. They have the capacity to fixate free nitrogen from the air and the soil and to significantly increase the assimilability of phosphorus by dissolving previously blocked compounds, providing arable crops with comprehensive nutrition.

The bacteria contained in the preparation belong to the group of plant growth promoting bacteria. They have a distinct influence on the more intensive development of the shoot system of the plant as well as its root system. Thanks to the effect of the preparation, the plant forms a deeper and more extensive root system which allows it to more easily survive through a dry season. In the end, all of that results in a higher crop yield.

Novobakt Azo+

Novobakt Azo+ stands for carefully selected bacteria between which an extremely beneficial effect of synergy (interaction) is formed. They exhibit a high fixing ability of free nitrogen from the air and from the soil, transforming it into organic nitrogen that, after mineralization, is utilized by arable crops.

It should be highlighted that thanks to two specialized strains, nitrogen fixation occurs both in the upper as well as in the lower layers of soil, which results in a highly efficient acquisition of this ingredient that is so crucial for the crops.

In the end, it contributes to the crop yield and quality.

Novobakt Rhizo

Inoculants of leguminous crop seeds.

The Novobakt Rhizo product series contains targeted rhizobacteria intended for treating of the sowing material or for soil spraying in cultivation of PEAS, SOYA, FIELD BEAN and LUPIN

The introduced bacteria intensify the formation of root nodules in the above-mentioned types of crops and, thanks to their capabilities, air nitrogen is fixated and transformed into a form available for the main as well as the successive crop.
